My new mouse isn't compatible with the gaming software. G Hub is also a lot more lightweight than Logitech Gaming Software. Is much better in any case and FFB works well. And of course, you can share your own profiles.
Use Logitech Gaming Software 9.02.65 instead G-HUB. on beamng (I havent tested on other games) since the recent ghub update. I haven't used my wheel in a couple of months and, during this time, I have updated from the logitech gaming software to the g hub as i bought a new logitech mouse that's not compatible with the old software.Īs of now, all setting are set to default in ets2 as well as in the ghub. The Logitech G29 can easily be fine-tuned and adjusted via the Logitech G Hub. I still go back and play this game quite often. As a result of this the wheel is incredibly stiff on default settings and my ffb feels more like a "center the wheel" program than anything else. deviceName'Logitech G HUB G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel USB' Conclusion While DiRT 3 certainly isn't a full simulator-style game like Dirt Rally, it is still tremendous fun and feels really nice with a properly set up wheel. If I change the settings on the ghub and turn on the simulate ffb on games that do not have it, ffb changes but only from tweaking the ghub settings not the in-game ones. I can turn everything to the maximum or minimum (or even turn ffb completely off) but the ffb won't change. Basically, for some reason my game won't change the forcefeedback settings from those that come default with the ghub.
